DESCRIPTION OF PERFORATED PANEL

The ATFLOR Perforated Air Flow Panel fits within the access floor grid for all stringered systems to become an integral component of the access floor. The perforated panel delivers and/or controls the flow of cool underfloor air conditioning into computer/equipment room environments that are typically producing high amounts of heat.

EASY TO INTERACHANGE

The perforated air flow panel measures 600mm x 600mm which allows it to fit within the stringered access floor grid. When future changes are required, the perforated air flow panel can be easily re-located, as it is interchangeable with the other access floor panels.

DESIGN

The perforated air flow panel is designed to deliver a constant rate of air-flow to a computer/equipment room. The rate of air-flow to the room is dependent upon the pressure within the underfloor plenum, and can be easily adjusted when the perforated air flow panel is fitted with a damper.

PERFORMANCE

To produce the best performance, perforated panels are ideally situated in areas of medium loading and normal foot traffic. Perforated air flow panels are stronger, and will perform better under load than their corresponding sized Aluminium Air Grilles.

CONTROL OVER AIR-FLOW

Given a constant plenum pressure, the rate of air-flow can be changed when the perforated panel is fitted with an adjustable damper. This allows future airflow changes to be easily made, to address heat load changes, simply by the galvanized (zinc whickers free) adjusting the damper.

ANTI-STATIC PANEL SURFACE FINISH

The perforated air flow panel has a high pressure laminate surface finish to match the ATFLOR access floor panel. This provides a hard wearing surface and maintains the anti-static requirements of the room.
